This looks wonderful. I grew up in India, wherever gin and tonics have been all the rage–apart from each of the females who lunch would insert a green chile into the drink, slit up the side. Still how I drink my G&Ts these days! Must attempt it with some handmade tonic water now.I didn’t mention the many ingredients that might be remaining powe
